Mistakes have the power to turn you into something BETTER than you were BEFORE ! !

Whether you’re just starting your career or you’re a seasoned professional, we know that mistakes happen. We know the blunders that can potentially damage our careers.  Making a mistake is not a big deal, as long as you learn from the experience.

I can’t even count the mistakes I’ve made in my career so far, and I plan to make lots more of them ! ! !  (Pun Intended :-))

The key is to pick yourself up after a mistake and ask “What was that stumble supposed to teach me?”

Lets see what could be, or rather are a few worst career mistakes we may have done or could be heading towards.

1. You stop investing in Yourself

2. You burn bridges and limit your network

3. Letting someone else make career decisions for you

4. Putting your career ahead of your life

5 Getting mad at reality

and the most of all ……… Falling asleep on your career….

So take chances, explore possibilities, be mindful of recovery plans, and have long term visions.

Learning is essential to resilience as circumstances continually change. Resilience helps you navigate risk in a more effective way than simple risk avoidance, promoting progress at a faster pace. Lots of small failures are way better than one big slow failure.

The greatest mistake a man can ever make is to be afraid of making one…
